Upon receipt of the goods, the customer is strongly advised to:

Upon delivery, immediately unpack the item(s) to check the product(s) for any visible signs of damage that may have occurred during transit. Subsequently, the customer should report this issue to Bizamz Leather Bags via email, including a detailed description of the damage and pictures of the defect or damage, no later than seven (7) days from the date on which the goods have been confirmed as received. Failure to report transit damage or tampering to us with evidence within this seven-day period may affect our ability to process the claim with the carrier.
