At Bizamz Leather Bags, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Don't hesitate to contact us if something isn't right.

As per European Union consumer law, you have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase contract within a minimum period of 14 days from the day you receive your complete order, without needing to give a reason. Bizamz Leather Bags offers you an extended return period, allowing you to return items within 30 days of receipt of delivery, provided the items comply with our return policy conditions and are returned strictly in accordance with the instructions provided after initiating the return.

Your satisfaction is important to us. Therefore, you're allowed to return the items within 30 days of receipt of delivery, as long as this respects the conditions outlined below.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return and exercise your right of withdrawal within the 14-day period, or initiate a return within the extended 30-day period, please provide us with clear written notice of your decision via email to info@bizamzleatherbags.com.

Please include the following information in your email:

Your order number The specific item(s) you wish to return Your full name and contact details Optionally (but helpful), the reason for the return. Our Customer Service team will review your request as soon as possible and will send you the necessary return authorization and detailed instructions on how to send the item(s) back to our designated returns facility accordingly. All returns must be authorized by Bizamz Leather Bags before sending them back.

Conditions for Acceptance of Returns

We can accept a return and issue a refund if:

The return is initiated within 30 days of receipt of delivery. The product is returned strictly following the instructions provided by Bizamz Leather Bags. The product is new and has never been used beyond necessary inspection (trying on a bag as you would in a store to check size, features, and appearance is acceptable; using it for daily carry is not). The product is returned in its original packaging, including the original box, dust bag, and all accompanying materials, and the packaging is sufficient to protect the product during the return shipment. The product was not damaged due to improper packaging for the return shipment. The product is complete, including all accessories and original documentation or authenticity tags. The warranty seal and the original brand hang tag label are still attached to the product and have not been removed, cut, or damaged. Products returned with the hang tag label removed or damaged, products that appear used beyond necessary inspection, products that are damaged during return shipment due to insufficient packaging, or products that are incomplete will not be refunded or may be subject to a reduced refund based on any diminished value.

Bizamz Leather Bags reserves the right to refuse returns that are sent back without following the required return procedure or instructions, or are unauthorized. In such cases, we reserve the right to return the product to the sender, potentially at the customer's cost.

If an unauthorized return is accepted at our sole discretion despite not following procedure, Bizamz Leather Bags reserves the right to deduct an administrative/re-stocking fee (up to 10% of the product net value) or the refund may be issued in the form of store credit, at our option. Return Shipping Costs

For returns under the 14-day right of withdrawal where the product is not defective or the return is not due to our error, the return must be paid by the customer. The customer is fully responsible for the safe return of the goods until they reach our designated returns facility. For this reason, Bizamz Leather Bags strongly suggests using a tracked shipping system for your return shipment and retaining proof of postage.

In case of a defective product covered under warranty or a return that is due to an error made by Bizamz Leather Bags (e.g., wrong item sent), we will provide instructions on how to return the item and will cover the reasonable cost of the return shipping or provide a prepaid label.

Refunds

The refund for accepted returns will be issued within 5 days upon our receiving the returned product at our designated returns facility. Refunds will be processed using the same means of payment used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. The refund will include the cost of the product(s) returned and the cost of standard delivery from your original order (if applicable), but not the cost of the return shipping (except in cases of defective/incorrect items as noted above) or any supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us.
